Andrew Schulze is an Associate Director on the Compliance Team at GEM. In this role, Andrew manages GEM’s compliance program and is responsible for testing the program’s efficacy, ensuring adherence to regulatory rules, completing SEC, NFA and other regulatory filings, and ensuring employee adherence to GEM’s Code of Ethics and other policies. Prior to joining GEM in 2017, he was an Internal Auditor in BB&T’s Securities division, and a Compliance Staff Auditor with Lincoln Financial Group. He also completed a two-year Leadership Preparation Program at Lincoln Financial Group where he served as a Financial and Investment Analyst. Andrew received a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science (cum laude) from Liberty University and received a J.D. from Liberty University School of Law.
