Heather Hybarger is a Manager on the Human Capital Team at GEM. In this role, she manages and supports the routine functions of the Human Capital department including talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, and enforcing and maintaining company policies and practices. Prior to joining GEM in 2023, she spent five years in staffing roles, recruiting for multiple industries and sectors such as accounting, information technology, legal, administration, and sales. She managed all payroll, policies and handbook updates, disciplinary hearings, and benefits for a UK-based company. Heather received a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
