Jay Ripley is a Partner, Head of the Investment Research Group, and Deputy Managing Partner at GEM. In this role, he leads an integrated investment team covering public, private, and impact investing. Prior to joining GEM in 2014, he spent six years at Stone Point Capital, a leading private equity firm. He received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia.
