Jillian Cotten is the Investment Services Administrator at GEM. In this role, she supports prospective investors through onboarding, facilitates current and prospective investor requests, and manages the firm’s investor portal. Prior to joining GEM in 2022, Jillian was an Associate Home Advisor with Better Mortgage. Before that, she was a Personal Banker at PNC. Jillian received a B.A. in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
