Katie Yau is a Senior Associate of Visual Design on the Communications Team at GEM. In her role, Katie is responsible for designing and assisting in the production of print and electronic marketing and communication materials. Prior to joining GEM in 2022, Katie was the Creative Designer at Akpesiri, leading their product design and brand marketing initiatives. Before that she was a Product Designer at Belk. Katie received a B.F.A. with honors in Apparel and Textile Design from Michigan State University.
