Kayla Wieding is an Associate Director on the Client Development Team at GEM. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and aligning the day-to-day operations of GEM’S Client Development team, including strategic planning and commercial target-setting, pipeline management, and content development. Prior to joining GEM in 2024, Kayla was the Senior Director of Portfolio Management at Corient. Prior to that, she held roles in relationship management and private wealth management at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, TIAA Endowments, and Goldman Sachs. She received a B.B.A. in Finance (magna cum laude) from Texas Christian University.
