Matt Dattilo is a Director on the Client Development team at GEM. In this role, he is responsible for leading the firm’s engagement with new institutional partners, with particular focus on the RIA and family office channels. Prior to joining GEM in 2023, Matt was a Managing Director, Capital Formation at Altera Investments. Prior to that, he worked as the Vice President, Regional Consultant at State Street Global Advisors. Matt received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Elon University.
