Mike Feinglass is a Managing Director within the alternatives program at GEM. In this role, he leads GEM’s efforts to strategically expand the firm’s investor base by identifying new opportunities and initiatives that enhance business growth and market presence. In addition, Mike is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and managing existing investments on the West Coast. Prior to joining GEM in 2024, Mike served as the Head of Distribution at P10 Holdings. Prior to that, he spent 17 years at RCP Advisors, most recently as a Partner. Mike received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis.
