Milla McCaghren is an Analyst in the Client Portfolio Management Group at GEM. In this role, she is responsible for producing client materials, responding effectively to client requests, and supporting the firm’s business development efforts. Prior to joining GEM in 2024, Milla worked as an Investment Analyst at Makena Capital Management. She received a B.A. (cum laude) in Economics and Russian from Dartmouth College.
